To change the values for Junction Capacitance and Reverse Leakage Follow the same steps as for Forward Current, entering the data sheet information listed in Table 4-4 that corresponds to the current model characteristic. To change the Reverse Breakdown characteristic 1. In the Spec Editing frame, click the Reverse Breakdown tab. This tab requires single-valued data. 2. In the Vz text box, type 7.5.
