TEMP Temperature values resulting from a temperature, parametric temperature, or DC temperature sweep analysis. The default temperature, TNOM, is set in the Options dialog box (from the Simulation Settings dialog box, choose the Options tab). TNOM defaults to 27°C. Note: TEMP can only be used in expressions pertaining to analog behavioral modeling and the propagation delay of digital models. Note: If a passive or semiconductor device has an independent temperature assignment, then TEMP does not represent that device's temperature.
