PakSI-E 3-D Field Solver Non-legacy versions of Package SI And SiP Digital SI no longer come equipped with the PakSI-E 3-D field solver. In order to use this modeling capability with non-legacy products, you must license the field solver from Apache © Design Solutions and install it separately. You can then run PakSI-E through Package SI and SiP SI, as in previous releases. If you are running the legacy versions of SI, PakSI-E continues to operate as in the legacy version of release 16.01.
