In the Allegro EDM Configuration Manager window, click Set up or Manage Allegro EDM Servers. d. Right-click the node of the server you want to stop. e. Select Stop Allegro EDM Server. The Allegro EDM Server stops running as a service and the color of the server node changes. f. Install the hotfix. g. Run Allegro EDM Configuration Manager. h. Use an elevated command prompt. b. Navigate to \server\bin. c. Stop the service by running the following command: adwservices.bat stop d. Install the hotfix. e. Run steps a and b again. f. Start the service by running the following command: adwservices.bat start ■ Stopping and starting the Allegro EDM service using Allegro EDM Configuration Manager on Windows a. Navigate to \conf. b. Right-click the conf.bat file and choose Run as administrator. c. Click Set up or Manage Allegro EDM Servers.
