Installing the Allegro EDM service using Allegro EDM Configuration Manager on
Windows
1. Navigate to \conf.
2. Right-click the conf.bat file and choose Run as administrator.
3. Click Set up or Manage Allegro EDM Servers.
The Server Management Dashboard appears displaying all the configured servers.
4. If the server to be reconfigured is running (indicated by the green sever node), right-click
the server node and select Stop Allegro EDM Server.
5. Right-click the server node and select Configure Server Options.
The Configure Server Options wizard starts.
6. Click Next.
7. Select the Configure Allegro EDM Server to run as a Service check box.
8. Click Next.
9. Click Next again and then click Finish.
The Server Management Dashboard appears.
10. Right-click the same reconfigured server node.
11. Select Start Allegro EDM Server.
The Allegro EDM Server is now available as a service.
