PCB Constraints Overview The same constraint manager that is available within OrCAD X Capture also exists within OrCAD X Presto PCB Editor. To find it: 1. Close the current Constraint Manager in Capture. Constraints are saved instantly so there is no need to save it. 2. Navigate to the Capture project file hierarchy and you should have your board design file as part of your project (see image below). 3.
