c. The Data Elements section of the form sets the design element that the
SPEC definition is intended to be attached to. One or more data element
can be applied.
d. The IPC-2581 standard contains a specific set of SPEC types. The SPEC
types are listed in the Spec Type dropdown menu. From the Spec Type
dropdown menu, select General.
e. Sub Type is the next level description of the SPEC type. Available
subtypes are associated with the SPEC type selected. In the Sub Type
dropdown menu, select INSTRUCTION.
