6. Provide a brief description of the workspace.
7. Select a region for the workspace in the Data Residency field.
8. Select a default role for the users of the workspace.
9. To assign the selected role for all the users in the organization, select the All users in organization option button.
10. To assign the role only to specific users in the organization, select the Selected users in organization option button.
If valid characters are specified for the workspace name, a workspace with that name is created.
In the following image, note that:
a. Domain appears as External for the workspace.
b. The creator of the workspace is assigned the Administrator role.
c. All the users of the organization are assigned the Viewer role.
Setting up a Default Workspace
My Workspace is set as the default workspace for all operations. However, you can set any workspace as your default
workspace. The default OnCloud workspace database is referred by Part Manager to link and update database components.
To set a workspace as default, do the following:
1. Right-click on a workspace and choose Set as Default.
