The green checkmark icon will move to the next new default workspace that is selected.
2. Click OK to save the configuration.
Within the Component Explorer and File Manager, the workspace icon changes to green, indicating that it is now the default
workspace.
This workspace is now the default source database for design authoring and for use in part manager.
Note: When you use the Link Database Component or View Database Component commands in Part Manager, the
component is accessed from the default workspace database.
The Part Manager status bar displays the name of the default workspace as the data source, as highlighted below:
