Holes The import of drilled holes into Allegro PCB Editor follows a specific naming convention, which is based on the field records of the DRILLED_HOLES section of the IDF file (see Holes on page 12). It is recommended that you create a library of hole symbols, which follows this naming convention, since it eliminates the step of replacing or deleting hole symbols after importing IDF data.
