You can see the status of a download by clicking Download Progress to open the Download Status dialog box. Installing a Downloaded Release To install a downloaded release, perform the following steps: 1. Select the release in Download Manager Note: You can select only one listed release at a time. 2. Click Install If the release is already downloaded to the Local Cache, installation will start immediately. If Always perform silent installation for downloaded media is selected in the Preferences dialog box and a silent install file is selected, a silent or unattended installation will be performed and the installation Wizard will not appear. If you are working Online and the selected release is not downloaded, the release will be downloaded to the local cache. Setting Silent Install You can perform silent or unattended installation from Download Manager. You can set the Always perform silent installation for downloaded media option in Preferences dialog box to perform all installations in the silent mode. You can also click Silent Install from the Install button list to perform silent install of a specific selection. When you perform a silent installation, you need to select a silent install fie that defines the various installation parameters. Note: See the the installation guides of the releases for more information on silent installation. Refreshing the Listed Releases The list of available releases and their status is updated by default by Download Manager. However, you can click Reload on the tool bar to force an update.
