6. As shown in Figure 22, do the following:
a. In the From and To input box, enter the U3.11 and U4.1 values,
respectively.
b. Define Min Delay as 9 ns.
c. Define Max Delay as 15 ns.
d. Click the Add button.
e. The newly added rule will be seen in the Existing Rules field.
f. Click OK to close the dialog box.
7. Select File > Update Constraint Manger to add this constraint to the CM UI.
