4. Go to the Setup tab. Click Constraints to open the Set Topology Constraints
window.

Note: OrCAD PCB SI (with SI capabilities) or higher tier license is required for
the constraint modification using the SigXp flow.
5. In the Constraints menu, select the Prop Delay tab to define the propagation
delay constraints.
