Capture Set Up Ensure that you have included the footprint information in the .ini path. Include the following footprints directory (supplied): Dir0= C:\Cadence\SPB_17.4\share\pcb\pcb_lib\symbols Dir1= C:\cm_tutorial\10_4_cm_workshop_db\footprints Allegro Set Up The footprint and padpath information must also be included for the PCB Editor. For this, launch Allegro and go to Setup > User Preferences. Click and add above-mentioned paths to the "padpath" and "psmpath" variables. Figure 1: Pad and footprint path configuration
