Steps: 1. Open Constraint Manager. 2. Navigate to the Physical Constraint Set tab. 3. Select "All Layers" from the dropdown. 4. Similar to the previous creation of constraint classes, you can right-click the main Dsn name at the top of the list, make a Physical Cset, then navigate to the CSet.
