As components are moved from one zone to the other, the layers are adjusted to the new outermost
layer definitions:
If a component straddles a zone boundary, the zone where the symbol origin is positioned takes
precedence.
If a component is placed into a zone, and any of the pins cross into an adjacent boundary where
the conductor layer does not exist for the pin, a DRC marker will display.
