Utilizes the PHYS_DES_PREFIX property specified
for the part, and then attaches the following
information to it. Here, the value for this property is U.
$PAGE
The page number where the component is placed.
[0-9]
The number range to be used for numbering the
RefDes.
(00)
The number from which numbering needs to start.
This also specifies the padding requirements. In this
case, the padding is 2.
The RefDes assigned according to this convention are shown in the following image.

This directive specifies the format of RefDes assigned to the physical parts in a design.
