2. When REF_DES_PATTERN_FIX 'OFF'
The following components show how capacitors and resistors added on two
different pages follow this convention:
Notice that the RefDes assigned to the first capacitor placed on Page 3 is
numbered 03 instead of 00. The RefDes counters are not reset in this case and
the numbering continues across different pages.
