2. When HARD_REFDES_CONFLICT_RESOLVE 'ON'
If the user assigns a RefDes already present in the design to a different
component, System Capture automatically assigns a new unique RefDes to the
component and no packaging error is reported.
Block Packaging Options
System Capture provides block packing options when a block is placed in the design.
There is no need for the block to be the root block of the design.
To add instances of a block and enable them for physical reuse, follow these steps:
1. Right-click the block name and select Place – Schematic Block.
2. Add the instance to a different page in a different block.
