Region-Specific Spacing Constraints
Constraint Manager can set entire regions to have different spacing constraints.
1. Select the Spacing > Region > All Layers worksheet.
2. Right click the HSD_FPGA design name.
3. Choose Create > Region….
4. In the new window, name the region the default and click OK. Then you have the region created as RGN1 (see below),
where you can set the Line To (any object) spacing.
