Core Mask DFF Constraint Set Index Ref Rule Description Usage Image 1 - Mask Sliver This specifies the minimum width of a mask where the potential for mask material deposited may become delaminated from the PCB substrate. Checks are based on the mask layer being the standard negative image use model. (DFF_MSK_ SLIVERS) Non-Etch 2 - Mask Islands This specifies the minimum square area of mask material, where if the mask area is too small, may delaminate from the PCB. Checks are based on the mask layer being the standard negative image use model. (DFF_MSK_ISLANDS) Non-Etch 3 - Via Partially Covered with Mask Opening This check detects if there is a via which is partially covered with a mask shape. (DFF_MASK_ PARTCOV_VIA) Non-Etch 3. Core Annular Ring DFF Constraint Set Index Ref Rule Description Usage Image 1 - Pin Hole to Pad The minimum distance of the pin padstack hole to the outermost edge of the pad geometry. (DFF_ AR_PNHL_TOPD) Etch 2 - Pin Hole to Anti-Pad The minimum distance of the pin padstack hole to the outermost edge of the anti-pad geometry. (DFF_AR_PNHL_TO_ANTIPD) Etch 3 - Pin Missing Mask Yes - report missing mask definitions No - do not report missing mask definitions. (DFF_ AR_PN_MISSNG_MSK) Non-etch 4 - Pin Pad to Mask The minimum distance of the pin pad edge to the mask pad outer edge. Positive value is oversize, negative value is undersize.
