After the layers are added, they are assigned to both the Primary and FLEX_MAIN stackup
definitions:
4. For the Primary stackup, deselect the Coverlay and adhesive masks.
As they are deselected, the change is reflected in the cross section graphics image.
5. Click the Apply button in Cross Section Editor to implement the stackup data into the design.
The remaining stackup definition is now created. This stackup has a STIFFENER_TOP with an
