When a stackup definition tab is selected Primary for instance, only the layer definitions and parameters
for that stackup definition are displayed, and might be edited as required.

To add the flex stackup to the design, perform the following steps:
1. Open the Create Stackup form:
Verify that the All stackups tab has been selected and select the "+" tab.
Or
Click the Add Stackup Column header.
Or
Choose the Edit –Add Stackup menu command.
