Page 6 4. Expand the System section and then expand the Packages section by clicking on expand button to the left of each item in the Templates (Viewing) dialog. 5. In the Packages section, there are only three Ball Grid Array (BGA) templates, and for this lab, you will use the first one – the Ball Grid Array template. Click on it to the bring up the parametric template. 6. Review the provided PDF. Next, you will enter/change the necessary values in the parametric table to match the PDF spec sheet. 7. First, double-click on the "name" Value cell and enter Demo_BGA 8. Change all parametric values to match the following screenshot. 9. Note: Tolerances can be added simply by typing the value, followed by the forward slash (/) and then, the tolerance as in 1.61 / 0.19; notice that there is a space on either side of /.
