10. Next, you will create a footprint from this package. Using the Apply menu, check
if any existing rules are available.
11. In the above example, no rules are available, so add some. Select Apply > Edit
Quick Launch.
12. When the Edit Quick Launch dialog first appears, it will be blank as shown
below.
